VW T1 - "Bolzen"

This bus was rescued out of the deep mountains of the Khomas Hochland region in central Namibia, with all body parts still intact and ready for a full restoration.

T1 Volkswagen Bus

Estimated as a 1958-59 Type 2 Volkswagen T1 Bus - with a fairly good body still in tact. The pictures are just from the rescue - the bus in now on all 4 wheels again ready to be shipped.

Good Body Condition

When it comes to these old busses its amazing how well the body is preserved in the Namibian desert, as its very very dry. This bus is one of those great examples to this.
